The web-4.app site connects a wallet, takes a token idea and creates a pre-launch page with its own deposit address. The test stopped at payment, so no token, GPU or AI was seen running. The coin has a clean dev and a Streamflow lock, but 20 wallets bought 52% in the launch block and sold it all.
