$PRIORS

0xedbf…b890be· Robinhood Chain

ngl, not gonna lie

Priors looks like a real, actively built credit site, but its lending claims could not be checked on chain.

The site loads with live-looking pool stats, a public GitHub repo with 198 commits, and an X account with real followers. But the browser agent could not click into the main product, and no check verified the pool contract or loans on chain. The dev holds nothing, there were no launch-block bundlers, and this is the dev's first coin. One claim, that defaults burn $PRIORS, is not backed by what is on chain.

Watch out4

  • Lending claims not checked on chain

The pool stats (51,193 repayments, 300 agents, $0 lost) are shown on the site, but no check confirmed them against the pool contract. The fee split and the backing also went untested.

  • Default-burn claim doesn't match the chain

The site says three quarters of the backing $PRIORS burns on default, yet only 84 $PRIORS were burned via burn(). The 5 listed defaults may have been covered with USDG, so this is unconfirmed rather than false.

  • Main product could not be opened

Four clicks on 'Create an agent' timed out and never reached /start. No wallet prompt or transaction was seen, so the lending flow is unproven. This looks like a page problem, not proof the product is broken.

  • Site matches the coin and has no known history

The site lists this exact contract and links to the coin's X account. ngl has not seen this dev, site or X account in earlier checks.

Checks out3

  • Real, active open-source repo

A public GitHub repo has 198 commits, 295 files (167 of them code) in Solidity, and a push 5 hours ago. It has a single contributor and 7 stars.

    priors-agents/priorsclaim source
  • Clean launch and dev wallet

Nobody besides the dev bought in the launch block. The dev holds no tokens and has launched no other coins. The top 10 holders own 36%, including pools.

  • X account looks organic

@priors_trade has 3,416 followers and 712 posts, and none of 200 sampled followers were empty accounts. Engagement is modest, and the account is only 43 days old.

How ngl got here

What the call rests on

  • Product · Does it exist and work?

The site shows live stats and the repo is real, but the main flow could not be opened and no transaction was seen.

  • Claims · Are its claims backed?

Most claims are untested, the open-source claim is backed, and the default-burn claim is unbacked.

  • On chain · Holders, bundles, the dev wallet

No launch-block bundle, and the dev holds nothing and has no earlier launches. The top 10 wallets hold 36%, and that count includes pools.

  • Team · X account, dev history, ngl’s memory

Real presence on X and GitHub, but a single contributor, no named team and no history in ngl's memory.

Cross-checked

A second agent read the same evidence and tried to prove this call wrong. It found nothing to object to.
